Jeffrey Shanks tells all here in his latest exposé of Shem – the lands which bore Bêlit, the Queen of the Black Coast. Robert E Howard modeled these city-states after the biblical lands in the Bible. This is a very facilitating read.

The Son of the Tooth continues his quest to kill Conan the Barbarian. But will the newest villain of the Hyborian Age succeed where so many others have failed? Jim Zub never disappoints. However, my money is still on Conan. Issue thirty gets four out of five stars from me. Now, can someone get Dunick an ice pack or something?
