Review
The Phantom returns with this action-packed one-shot event. The Singh Brotherhood is on ice. Now the Sky Band must pay for their crimes! Writer Ray Fawkes and Mad Cave comics have another hit on their hands with the Phantom. The writing, the art, and the production are top-notch. Lee Fawkes would be impressed. I give this comic book four out of five stars.
