Next week I will be reviewing the DC Comics 1992 mini series “Batman: Gotham Nights”. I want to see how the normal people handled the crime ridden streets during the days of Bill Clinton and the Rodney King riots. Can Batman clean up the streets, or will the people have to do it themselves.
