The immortal Boris Bathory, the Dire Diabolist of Denver – Jasper Jeniver, and Chorfus – the dark theurgist of the walrus-men are just a few dead bodies piling up. Wong is pushing for new methods in the antiquated W.A.N.D. organization while Pandora keeps a secret vendetta against Clea Strange. Doctor Zee seems to be the only level-headed one in the bunch. In other circles that statement would be considered insane. Not for the true defenders of the arcane!

Reviewer Notes
This issue was light on story but makes up for it in location hopping character reveals. I had a good belly-laugh with all the exotic wizards and monsters discovered here. I’m not sure if these were obscure characters resurrected from past storylines, or just randomly generated NPCs. I do know this issue is worthy of a four out of five star review.
