My Rating “Challenge Of The Man-bat” Next week the Gotham Museum of Natural History will premiere a new exhibit on night-creatures, but Curator Wilkins is worried about the upcoming deadline. Dr. Kirk Langstrom, the scientist behind the zoological displays, has fallen grossly behind on setting up oversize bat replicas that will hang from the ceiling.
My Rating “Dracula Is Dead!” Dracula has fallen by the hand of Blade the vampire hunter! As Quincy Harker and his team move to inspect the corpse, an angry mob of townsfolk arrive to stop the monster from killing again. Or, so Frank Drake assumed. In moments, they would all learn the truth. Before their
My Rating “Eyes Of A Monster” Frankenstein’s Monster had been thought dead, until a girl was found floating lifeless in the nearby lake. When the father used the word “giant” in an inconsolable voice, Henry, Professor Waldman, and Elizabeth knew the abomination was still alive. The boy named Paul, whose father’s hands had been stitched
My Rating “Blood of Innocence – Chapter 04” She lives! But how?! Bly opens her eyes and looks down at the large wooden stake protruding from her chest. A bright glowing light surrounds the sandy desert terrain in which she lies. To her left, a large hawk perches close by, staring directly into her bloodshot
My Rating “–The Last Frankenstein!” Dracula has been defeated, but the Frankenstein Monster stands grieving over the deceased body of Carmen the gypsy. Was she the monster’s one chance at true love and affection? It mattered not, for in the next few minutes, his emotions would turn from total remorse to savage anger. The last
My Rating “Werewolf By Night – Part 04” Trapped like a bird in a cage. Jack Russell has been imprisoned in the Savage Lands while Ka-zar and Shanna decide his fate. As the full moon crests over the Antarctic jungle, night two of the change unfolds. The possessed version of Jack’s wolf form is unlike
My Rating “Yours Truly, Jack The Ripper!” Greenwich Village, on the corner of 4th and MacDougal, a crowd has gathered to watch as police officers cordon off the scene of an apparent homicide. A young redheaded woman has become the fourth victim this month. As the ambulance crew prepares to remove the body, two men
My Rating “Dig Me No Grave!” Dan Kirowan fled the decrepit mansion of his friend John Grimlan as the old man lay dying from some unknown illness. The sight of the moribund man did not unnerve Dan as much as the words escaping from his demented lips. It was a strange chant, calling forth a
My Rating “As Midnight Becomes Morning” Marla had been looking forward to the big trip upstate for weeks. Being a city girl her entire life, she had never experienced the countryside the way her fiancé had. Brad grew up on the very farm they were now driving toward. Everything seemed fine until he turned off
My Rating “For the Wicked, No Rest” A broken asset has escaped Belle Reve, leaving several members of the medical staff and security guards splattered across the halls of the prison complex. Precautions had been taken, as this particular prisoner—or perhaps “prisoners”—was undergoing a dangerous medical procedure. Candace Laramie and her symbiote, Dennis Gaines, had
