Reviewer Notes
Issue eleven starts the Black Cat vendetta story arch. I’m enjoying the writing so far but this series is starting to lean more towards the female readers. Lots of relationships and dating drama. Not that it’s a bad thing, I’m just saying I don’t envision most red blooded males reading this.
On a side note, I’m collecting the original Defenders series that started back in the late 1970s. Patsy Walker a.k.a Hellcat is part of that team up as well. But the character is much darker in personality. I like this more modern take on her character.
I’m giving this issue four out of five macking stars.
