“Fear Is The Name Of The Game!”
Escaped from the jaws of death once again! Blade drove the stake deep into the heart of Dracula, killing the fiend with one final blow. Yet, thanks to an unhinged preacher and his revivalist congregation, the instrument of execution was pulled from the vampire’s corpse. Now Dracula is free to stalk the streets of London, feeding on those unfortunate victims who cross his path after darkness falls.
As Dracula recovers in a secluded hideaway, he spends time reminiscing of recent victories as well as his numerous defeats. It’s all there in his journal. Van Helsing, the Scotsman, even the bizarre old man born into immortality 1,700 years ago thanks to a demonic pool of everlasting blood. It all seems comical now to the vampire lord. There have been many who have tried to kill him. Dracula chuckled to himself. There surely will be many more to come…
What dark secrets are written in the journal of Dracula? How vast have his legions grown in the time since Clifton Graves resurrected him in Transylvania? Will Dracula learn the location of the pool which sustained a mortal man since the days of the Roman Empire? Collect the series to find out!
Reviewer Notes
This is a great issue for those wishing to learn Dracula’s past history and the state of his legions (circa 1973). As a fan of Marvel’s vast library of horror titles, I love reading about obscure artifacts such as the everlasting pool of blood. Where did it come from? Who cares! It’s awesome! I give Tomb of Dracula #15 five stars.
