My Rating “House Of Blood And Sorrow” A local town gossip bursted into the Waverly sheriff’s office a little after 9pm that night. Before the old codger could unload his dire story upon an unexpected Sheriff, Sweeney’s thunder was stolen by a preceding phone call. It wasn’t a plane crash, it was a godforsaken Spaceman
My Rating “Mother Of Evil – Part 04” Doctor Strange has joined the party, although begrudgingly. Earlier in the week Stephen had lost several students to the murdering hands of the Adana. Since Blade had accidentally freed the demon, the Sorcerer Supreme lays the blame for their deaths solely at the vampire hunter’s feet. Blade
My Rating “Mother Of Evil – Part 03” In the grasp of Lord Daido’s demonic tentacles, Blade begins to lose control of his mind. Unfortunately for the Oni, Blade’s focus revolves around his blind rage. From a hidden sheath located inside his coat sleeve, the Daywalker pulls out a specialized dagger. With a quick flick
My Rating “The Final Beat Down!” Lord Dracula has just agreed to Dazzler’s boon! Her d-bag ex-boyfriend, the vampire Alex, has officially landed himself on two very dangerous shit lists. Unfortunately, that creates a small problem for Dazzler and the other X-Terminators. How are they supposed to make Alex suffer when Dracula has already marked
My Rating “Smoke And Mirrors” Fighting their way through the Realm of Vapors, the Midnight Suns finally reach the throne of Valtorr—only to discover that the dreaded demon lord is already dead! His enormous corpse rots upon the throne, murdered by his own general, Korrosion. If Valtorr is dead, then who exactly is leading his
My Rating “What Lies In The Mists” The Sorcerer Supreme of the Dark Dimension, Tony Stark, has opened a gateway into Valtorr’s demonic realm, but the Sorcerer Supreme of Earth, Clea, has placed one major roadblock in the path of the Midnight Suns. Before Wolverine, Magik, Blade, Nico Minoru, and Spirit Rider can continue their
My Rating “Trapped On A Pedestal” The new X-Terminators successfully battled their way out of the vampire arena of death only to be abducted a second time by a cosmic snatch-n-grab. Dazzler soon finds out her d-bag ex-boyfriend has been working with the ancient hoarder known as the Collector. Bummer… Girl-tron powers activate! Dazzler, X-23,
My Rating “This Book Is Looking Respectfully 0.0” Fast forward in time, we find our heroines standing in front of the Quiet Council of Krakoa. Dazzler, Boom-Boom, Jubilee, and X-23 have spent the better part of their day recounting the events of the vampire brawl fest. Professor X is patient but the women’s story is
My Rating “Part 03: Lost In The Dark” St. Louis Cemetery, near the old French Quarter of New Orleans—Agatha Harkness and Zoe Laveau stand inside the Laveau family crypt. The queasiness from the professor’s teleportation spell still churns in Zoe’s stomach, but the excitement of returning somewhere familiar quickly distracts her. Why did Professor Harkness
My Rating “This Book Is Gleefully Stupid” Kidnapped by Dazzler’s douchebag ex-boyfriend—slash vampire pretty-boy—Boom-Boom, Jubilee, and Dazzler have already fought their way through what can best be described as a vampire-themed American Gladiators. After surviving monster trucks, explosions, and enough flying auto parts to stock a junkyard, the ladies finally crawl from the wreckage and
