Damage Control – Volume 04 Issue 04

Damage Control – Volume 04 Issue 04

My Rating

Rating: 5 out of 5.

 “Bring on the Bad Gus”

Intern Gus survived the horrors of Trenton New Jersey only to be transformed into a giant guinea pig monster through terrigenesis. Back at the underground labs of Damage Control the mega rodent has been assigned to the R&D department until further orders. Time to meet his new boss, the former hero turned villain, turned hero again. Say hello to Eugene Strausser.

Will Intern Gus survive the temptations of the supervillain lifestyle? How many super-teams have the Wrecking Crew lost to anyway? Will Gus ever stop staring at Mastermind’s forehead? Collect the series to find out!

Reviewer Notes

There is a lot to unpack in issue number four of Damage Control. There are lots of callbacks to the previous volumes of Damage Control, as well as a hefty chunk of supervillain power meetings. Sprinkle in some She-Hulk rag-doll action, and Tony Stark’s patented quips, and you get a 5 out of 5 star rating. This one is fun from start to finish.
