My Rating “The Hexx Files” Mac’s body slammed into a nearby mausoleum with the force of an oncoming bus. His vision exploded into a million green stars. Whatever the hell had stepped through the portal inside Saint Roch Cemetery, it was definitely not meant for this world. Especially not New Orleans. The gumshoe slowly climbed
My Rating “Dig Me No Grave!” Dan Kirowan fled the decrepit mansion of his friend John Grimlan as the old man lay dying from some unknown illness. The sight of the moribund man did not unnerve Dan as much as the words escaping from his demented lips. It was a strange chant, calling forth a
My Rating “Blade: Red Band – Part 01” Peace and seclusion. For a man who had been possessed by the spirit of an ancient horror and then turned into the catalyst for a global Armageddon, Eric Brooks, aka Blade, was about damn due for both. The nightmare event now known as the Blood Hunt had
My Rating “Read The Signs” Hitchhiking was the primary means of travel for so many young people during the 1960’s. However, distrust between Americans in the following decade rose as the sheer volume of missing persons reports and the heightened awareness of serial killers made the television news on a nightly basis. My Rating “Mother Of Evil – Part 02” Blade appears on top of a Tokyo highrise apartment and is greeted to a scene of horror. An old acquaintance of Eric is on her knees with a 9mm semiautomatic pistol pressed against her head. The gun is in the hand of a very angry looking Yakuza
My Rating “Destroyer Of Worlds” The Florida Everglades — 1998. Something has damaged the secret location known as the Nexus of All Realities. The swamplands surrounding the portal quickly decay as the powerful energy vortex sends shockwaves across parallel universes. Even worse, the monster who protects the gateway has vanished. The Man-Thing and his estranged
My Rating “The Cult Of That Wilkin Boy” Seven years. That was the deal. Seven years of happiness for an eternity of damnation. Was it worth the price for fame and fortune?
