My Rating “Mother Of Evil – Part 03” In the grasp of Lord Daido’s demonic tentacles, Blade begins to lose control of his mind. Unfortunately for the Oni, Blade’s focus revolves around his blind rage. From a hidden sheath located inside his coat sleeve, the Daywalker pulls out a specialized dagger. With a quick flick
My Rating “Mother Of Evil – Part 02” Blade appears on top of a Tokyo highrise apartment and is greeted to a scene of horror. An old acquaintance of Eric is on her knees with a 9mm semiautomatic pistol pressed against her head. The gun is in the hand of a very angry looking Yakuza
My Rating “Mother Of Evil – Part 01” Several suck-heads are sent flying across the Nightclub dance floor as a Lamborghini Aventador SVL barrels through the plate glass entrance and skids to a halt inches from the bar. A young woman turns on her stool to witness what she thought was a room full of
My Rating “Smoke And Mirrors” Fighting their way through the Realm of Vapors, the Midnight Suns finally reach the throne of Valtorr—only to discover that the dreaded demon lord is already dead! His enormous corpse rots upon the throne, murdered by his own general, Korrosion. If Valtorr is dead, then who exactly is leading his
My Rating “What Lies In The Mists” The Sorcerer Supreme of the Dark Dimension, Tony Stark, has opened a gateway into Valtorr’s demonic realm, but the Sorcerer Supreme of Earth, Clea, has placed one major roadblock in the path of the Midnight Suns. Before Wolverine, Magik, Blade, Nico Minoru, and Spirit Rider can continue their
My Rating “Part 03: Lost In The Dark” St. Louis Cemetery, near the old French Quarter of New Orleans—Agatha Harkness and Zoe Laveau stand inside the Laveau family crypt. The queasiness from the professor’s teleportation spell still churns in Zoe’s stomach, but the excitement of returning somewhere familiar quickly distracts her. Why did Professor Harkness
My Rating “Vampire Nation” High above the city of Stravmor, on the western border of Vampyrsk, a military Blackhawk helicopter swoops in on a newly constructed hotel resort. Somewhere inside the building sleeps a prominent member of the vampire council. A team of mercenaries jump to the deck as the black helicopter touches down near

Crypt of Shadows originally ran from 1973 through 1975, lasting for 21 issues. The first books featured reprint stories from earlier works, but to compete with the
My Rating “Dracula” It was a grueling 32-hour trip from New York to the Drake family’s ancestral homeland, inconveniently located somewhere in the heart of Transylvania. The flight layovers were long, the food was terrible, and now Frank, Clifton, and Jeanie are stuck driving up a narrow mountain road in the middle of a nasty
My Rating “Eye of the Beholder” The passing hours feel like decades to Jack Russell as he stands motionless in the garden of Miles Blackgar.
